Request A Return

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a full refund of the merchandise total. Our 30 day return policy with no restocking fees applies to all items we sell except the following exceptions:

-Altinex has a 20 day return policy on non custom built items.
-Custom built Altinex items have a 20 day return policy and a 20% restocking fee if returned, these items are clearly listed on the product page or your custom quote as being custom built.   

***Returns must be submitted within the required return window from shipment date to be eligible for return***

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is defective or damaged. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
